a lot can change in a year.
the photo on the left was taken june 5, 2010, the right taken june 5, 2011.
the left shows me right at the beginning of my journey to being healthier. i attended my friend’s wedding where i was a bridesmaid. i absolutely hated how i looked. i was beyond uncomfortable in my dress and from then on, i did whatever i could to become happier with my body.
a year later, i’m over 50 pounds down. i’m not fully satisfied with where i am, but each day i’m getting closer.

Off the diet wagon.
I binged. My boyfriend is out of the country and when I’m home alone I tend to eat. A lot. One microwave meal, a one liter bottle of Coke (diet Coke, but it’s still bad for my health), two ‘oliebollen’ (Dutch food, literally ‘oil balls’), an entire bucket of Ben & Jerry ice cream, and a ton of crackers with hummus. I feel pretty bad now.
Back on the wagon in 3 …, 2 …, 1 … . Bring me green tea!
PROOF that you can be adore by thousands of men, even when your thighs touch. <3
